The normal sperm abnormality rate is generally less than 40%.

Sperm are male reproductive cells, produced by the testes. Sperm malformation refers to the morphological variation of the sperm head, body and tail. Under normal circumstances, it is normal if the sperm count with normal morphology is greater than 60%. If the sperm deformity rate is higher than 40%, it is abnormal. It is usually related to unhealthy lifestyle and environmental factors, and obvious fertility disorders will occur, such as the teratology rate. Therefore, the sperm deformity rate needs to be controlled below 40%.
