1. Shooting game
(1) Shoot the ball in place
The game of shooting ball can be played collectively in kindergartens, or parents can lead their children to play the game. The one with the most consecutive shooting times wins.
(2) Shooting relay
[Preparation] Two big rubber balls and two small chairs.
[How to play] Children are divided into two teams (or 4 teams) of equal number and stand behind the starting line. The child at the head of the row is holding a ball.
The game starts. After the teacher gives the order, the first child in each team quickly runs forward and shoots the ball, goes around the small chair, returns to the original place, and hands the ball to the second child in the team, and proceeds in sequence. In the end, the one who shoots and catches the ball without making mistakes and with the fastest speed wins.
[rule]
①Children must shoot the ball while running. If the ball is lost, they must pick it up from where it fell and then continue shooting the ball.
②Toddlers must hand over the ball behind the starting line.
[Notes]
①When you are new to the game, you can first practice shooting the ball while walking.
②After the children are familiar with the gameplay, obstacles can be added on the way to shoot the ball, so that the children can move around the obstacles while shooting.
2. Hopscotch
[Preparation] Draw various grids on the field as "houses".
(1) The child stands outside the first grid line, throws the small sandbag (or wooden beads, tiles, etc.) into the l grid, then jumps up on one foot, kicks the grid one by one to the last grid in the order of the grids, then kicks out of the grid, picks up the sandbag, returns to the starting point, throws the sandbag into the second grid, and proceeds in sequence. During the hopscotch, if the feet and sandbags are pressed against the line or kicked out of sequence, it is a mistake. Other children should be rotated to hopscotch, and the one who completes the jump first wins.
(2) The child stands outside the 1st grid line, throws the sandbag into the 1st grid, jumps into the 2nd grid, jumps to the 3rd grid with one foot, steps on the 4th and 5th grids with both feet (left foot on the 4th grid, right foot on the 5th grid), then jumps on the 6th grid with one foot, then jumps on the 7th and 8th grid with both feet, jumps on one foot to the 9th grid, then returns in sequence, stands on one foot at the 2nd grid, and then picks up the sandbag with the right hand and steps out. Then throw the sandbag into the third square, and so on. If the feet and sandbags press the line or go out of line, it is a mistake. Other children should be rotated to jump, and the one who completes the jump first wins.
Through games, children can increase their activity and consume excess calories, which can not only strengthen their bodies, but also help them lose weight. The game method can be appropriately arranged according to the child's characteristics, hobbies and other specific circumstances.
