Girls, next time you go to a fast food restaurant, maybe consider a drink other than soda.

In the past, it was generally believed that osteoporosis was a disease of the elderly disease , especially female Common diseases after menopause. However, a recent study by Harvard University's Institute of Public Health showed that girls who like to drink soda drinks are three times more likely to have fractures than those who don't drink soda drinks, while girls who like cola are five times more likely to have fractures than those who don't drink soda drinks.

The study was based on a survey of the drinking habits of 400 girls aged 14 to 16 in Boston. The researchers said that it is still unclear whether there is a link between drinking cola and fractures, but the phosphoric acid in cola may be the reason for the susceptibility to fractures. Studies have shown that phosphoric acid is harmful to bone quality because phosphoric acid has an adverse effect on calcium metabolism and bone quality. On the other hand, young girls who drink cola may have insufficient milk intake, which makes their bodies lack calcium and are prone to fractures.
