Pelvic exercises make your body more attractive

   Pelvic exercise, if you perform it every day, you will intentionally put your hands on the ground and kneel. Lift one of your feet up and stretch it back until you feel a stretch from your hip to your ankle. The left and right casters need to be rotated 5 times.

  Sit on the ground and open your feet, bend your right foot in, keep your left leg straight, and grab your left ankle with your left hand. Place your right hand behind your head, and then slowly bend it to the left, staying for about 20 seconds and switching sides.
