Pelvic exercises can help improve couples’ quality of life

For women, only when the pelvis is capable of flexible movements can they enjoy sex easily. In the 1950s, the United States Gynecology Doctor Arnold Kegel invented the "Kegel exercise" to treat frigid women or improve sexual relations between couples. Recently, Professor Judy, a senior American sex therapist and gender relationship expert, designed a set of more convenient and simple pelvic exercises.

During the warm-up exercise, sit down in a comfortable position and relax your limbs. Place your hands on either side of your pelvis and press down until you can feel the bones. Touch your left hip with your right hand to maximize your body stretch. Then, wrap your left hand around your waist and press the pelvic area on your back. Do this 3 times.

Arouse touch: Close Eye , focus on the pelvis, and use your hands to make gentle pressing movements from the back. Try touching your sensitive areas with your hands from behind.

Buttock press: Sit on a chair, place your hands on both sides of your pelvis, help your buttocks press down on the seat cushion, and at the same time squeeze the back of the chair with your back. Repeat 3 times, then move your hips to the left and right. If you feel your blood flow speed up, that's great. This is a sign that the body is receiving a signal.

Circular Movement Now stand up and do some larger movements. For example, bend your legs and let your knees move in a circular motion. Then, the hips also make a circular motion in the same way, with as much range as possible. Do this 3 times clockwise and counterclockwise, and you will feel the blood flow in the pelvic area.
