Allergic skin disease manifests as papules, oozing and itching. Related to contact with allergens and hot and humid environment. Topical hydrocortisone cream, tacrolimus ointment or boric acid lotion can be applied as a wet compress. Wear breathable cotton underwear and avoid harsh lotions.
